Parts Enquiries	Phone or Email. For an accurate appliance parts enquiry, please provide the appliance brand, model number (try searching above) on the machine (picture of the compliance sticker is great) and a description of the part. Part numbers are helpful, and can be searched above or provided in the enquiry.
Order Followups	Best done over Email. For the quickest response, please provide your order number, full name, and the reason for the followup. Dispatched orders will have an automated tracking email sent to your email, so it is recommended to check your inbox before contacting as your item may have already been sent.
