$10 Delivery for all orders in Australia!


To make your decision as easy as possible, we've simplified our shipping process with a $10 flat fee delivery across all Australia - no matter what you order, no matter how much you order. It's just one straightforward fee.

Delivery Times

Online Appliance Parts usually has stock for the majority of listed items. Occasionally availability may be effected by customer demand, suppliers or discontinuations. If you would like a more specific delivery time, or to double check stock availability, don't hesitate to get in contact with us.

Stock items can typically be sent out right away, same or next day. Occasionally items must be ordered from the supplier, where the delivery time can be affected by a wide range of factors (often out of our control). If the urgent timing of your delivery is crucial, please check with us before ordering.

Stock Items

  • NSW & ACT: 2-4 business days
  • VIC & QLD: 3-5 business days
  • NT, SA, TAS & WA: 4-6 business days

Backordered Items

  • Normal ETA + 4-10 Working days (Depending on the availability and supplier)

These general guidelines apply most of the time - but with the large variety of parts on offer the delivery time can sometimes take unexpectedly longer.

Factors Affecting Backorder ETAs

At Online Appliance Parts we always aim do our part of the delivery as soon as possible. Unfortunately parts of the supply chain are out of our control. When an item must be placed on backorder, we typically will place our order with the supplier within the same day, and send it out within 24 hours of receiving it. In the spare parts industry the delivery from countless parts providers can and will take time. Please bear with us as we work with our suppliers to get your order out as quickly as humanly possible. Some examples of causes for supplier delays are:

  • Lack of Availability
  • Overseas Supply of Part
  • Operational Delays or Supplier Warehouse Changeovers
  • Supplier Errors

Don't hesitate to ask us if you have any questions or queries about the process - but please understand that sometimes appliance spare parts providers can take their time (no matter how much we protest!). If your order is under time constraints be sure to check in with us before ordering.

New Zealand Shipping

Unfortunately the New Zealand Govt has introduced some new red tape that makes it too difficult to sell into New Zealand. If you are in NZ and wish to buy our products, you will need to organise to take delivery from our warehouse in Sydney, and organise the importation yourself. 

Orders Placed on Weekends

All orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following working day (generally a Monday unless a public holiday coincides).


Orders Status - Processed.

When we receive your order, we send it through to our warehouse to pick and pack. At that time we mark the order 'processed'. That does not mean the order has been shipped yet. When it has been shipped to you, you'll  receive an email from our logistic facility people telling you the courier details and the tracking number of your parcel
